Office for Human Resources
The Office for Human Resources at IT Services directs and manages all human resources functions in IT Services and serves as the main link to the offices of University Human Resources Management and the Payroll Department. This office directs recruitment and retention, oversees all issues related to comprehensive compensation and benefits, guides all matters related to employee and labor relations, and leads the strategic development and coordination of professional development and training of IT Services staff. The purpose of this site is to provide a central overview of the human resources policies, guidelines and practices that are relevant to IT Services staff.
