Function:
The Office for Human Resources at IT Services directs and manages all Human Resources matters in IT Services and serves as the main link to the offices of University Human Resources Management and the Payroll Department.
This office directs recruitment and retention, oversees all issues related to comprehensive compensation and benefits, guides all matters related to employee and labor relations, and leads the strategic development and coordination of professional development and training of IT Services staff.

All of our staff members have been formally educated in the HR field and remain current on legal trends and requirements as well as the most efficient HR practices.
